Objective of Youth Archery Instructions
- Fun
- Introduction to the sport of archery
- To learn how to safely use a bow and arrow
- Familiarization with various types of archery and equipment
- Shooting techniques

Intended Audience
Children the physical size of an average 10 year old or older may participate.
This generally allows them the strength to handle the bow.
Adults must accompany children at all times.
Some parental participation is required for safety.
Equipment Required
None. All necessary equipment will be provided during the
instructions. However if you have equipment please feel
free to bring it with you for use. Please no broadhead
arrows; only target tips allowed.
Lesson Schedule
The Youth lessons are open to the public with lessons being
held on the indoor range for 6 weeks.
There is an orientation and safety class prior to the
start of classes for beginners (only one is required) that
must be attended to shooting in the league.
Beginners classes will be held from 6pm to 7pm,
with intermediate classes held from 7pm to 8pm.
The fee for the course is $20.
Space is limited so please register early.
