Refer to the schedule for when each event will be held. 3D Shoot InfoGeneral3D archery is shooting at replica animal targets in a forest or bush setting at unknown distances. Originally developed for hunting practice, it's now shot by many non-hunters due to it's competitive nature. A 3D shoot consists of shooting one arrow at each of 30 targets placed around the field course. It simulates actual hunting conditions in that the targets are natural looking and placed in a typical hunting environment. A variety of targets are used such as turkeys, deer, fox and even a dinosaur. You never know what is around the next bend on the trail at Ti Yogi Bowmen. A field round is a challenging course, generally placed in the woods, in varying terrain, at different distances from target to target. There are a few basic differences between field archery and most 3-D courses. Most notably, field courses have marked yardage. Summer 3D Leagues InfoGeneralTo keep skills sharpened for the upcoming hunting season as well as provide enjoyment and exercise in the outdoors, two leagues are held.
